Another common cause of dental surgery is the insertion of new dentures or dental implants. Sometimes the deep cavity of the tooth can only be filled with implants, or the teeth can be completely extracted and replaced with artificial teeth through surgery. This surgery also requires local anesthesia because the pain may be too much for the patient.
Although the above mentioned are the most common reasons for dentists, there are some cases where surgery is required for other reasons.
